Cleaning, heating and coating

Fully automated at the component manufacturer

Due to the close proximity of the production processes of manufacturing, coating and assembly, we can save our customers costs as well as transport routes and organizational effort. In addition to cleaning and automatic powder coating, we also offer our customers deburring and vibratory grinding. We also offer our customers special surface treatments such as laser engraving or the application of badges. All in one place.

Cleaning

It sounds simple, but it isn’t always: thorough, complete cleaning in all nooks and crannies is essential for the quality of the coatings. We remove grease and impurities with our Luterbach coating system and dry the workpieces with additional heating. We also offer cleanroom washing procedures with our sister company Stoppani Contract Manufacturing.

Vibratory grinding / deburring

Smoothing and grinding, removing oxidation. Our circular vibrators from Walther Trowal and the Timesavers Grindmaster 42 deburr and grind your products in a single pass.

Powder coating

On our automatic powder coating system from Luterbach, we can clean, dry and powder coat objects of up to 1750x800x1800mm and a maximum weight of 300kg quickly, precisely and fully monitored. This is interesting for customers with assemblies, as surface coating can take place at the same location as component production and assembly, saving time and transportation costs and reducing CO2 emissions.

Laser labeling / marking

With the Trumpf Trumark 7000, we also offer our customers the option of finishing, a constant product declaration or other engravings. Here, too, we can offer our customers cost-effective production processes at the highest technological level by combining production, marking, surface coating and assembly. For special applications, we can also draw on the additive metal production of our in-house partner, ProtoShape.
